All degree-seeking domestic students enrolled in at least one credit hour (online only degree students are NOT eligible), must purchase the Student Health Insurance Plan, unless they meet specific requirements to waive. All International Students (F and J visas), regardless of degree-seeking status, must purchase the Student Health Insurance Plan, unless they meet specific requirements to waive. This requirement applies to all International Students (excludes International Scholars who have been awarded research, teaching or faculty appointments).
